Our founder and director, Joanne Venter, is a qualified Chartered Accountant holding more than 10 years experience in the accounting and taxation industry.
Simplistic Accounting was born out of her passion to assist ambitious entrepreneurs and business owners in taking their business to the next level all while simplifying your world using latest technology and out of the box thinking with a personal touch.

What we do

We take care of your end-to-end accounting solutions, from system implementations and training, full back-office processing, payroll, tax planning, financial statements and advisory to fully outsourced CFO and financial management services.

Our virtual office allows us to work with customers all around the world.  We are available to meet over coffee, communicate via e-mail or to facilitate consultations and discussions using various virtual platforms.
